Posting days are Tuesdays and Thursdays (excluding Royal Mail strike days).
Orders in the UK are sent via Royal Mail, and in most cases you should receive your order within 3 days of it shipping.
If we foresee any type of delay with your order we will contact you directly.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they have entered the correct delivery details when ordering. If you have entered the incorrect details, please contact us immediately with your order number and the correct delivery details. We will do our best to amend the delivery details but there is no guarantee that we can.

From time to time we may offer a promo code. All codes are limited to one per customer and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless otherwise stated.
FREE SHIPPING
When you sign up to the mailing list, you get free shipping on your first order. This code only applies to physical products on the SOTS website.
Although we try our best to display our products in their true form, the actual product colour may vary from the images shown. Every monitor or mobile display has a different capability to display colours, and every individual may see these colours differently.
